I got in touch with Monica C. From day 1 she was AMAZING very kind, professional and patient. I don’t remember how many times I change my mind on what resort I wanted. She emailed me information on one’s she thought I’d like. I finally picked RUI Palace Mexico Resort great place! She called me the day before I left to make sure I had everything and then called again the next to morning to make everything was going well. I got to my hotel room it was decorated for my Birthday!! And the room was gorgeous She also emailed me to check-in and make sure I was okay.
